What I'm wondering is where do I start?
At this time I'm behind on my house, and both vehicles.
I'm being contacted by collection agencies wanting money..
I'm so overwelmed and don't know what to do...
At this moment I've set a budget persay and my plan is to get caught up on my house ad vehicles before I start even paying on the credit cards or other things I owe.
Is that a good idea or not?

Thanks in advance!

House should be #1. Then vehicles because more than likely they're your mode of transport to work. Last but not least unsecured debt (credit cards). If your cards are already in collections or are behind, I would look into a settlement company for help on those. Not only that, a settlement program will free up some cash each month.

It sounds good to me. In addition, I want to say that, if your home has equity left in it then you can use it for paying off credit card debt.

In case of collection agencies, send them debt validation letter.

You can also fill up our community's Free Counseling No Obligation form to get free counseling on your debt.
