I JUST GOT A CAR REPO'D AND THEY ARE THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO COURT IF I DON'T HAVE 12,000 OR 4000.00 AND 560.00 A MONTH MORE THEN MY PAYMENTS BEFORE THE CAR WAS REPO'D, IF THEY GET A JUDGEMENT CAN THEY TAKE FROM MY BUSINESS OR BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT

If the both the car and the company is in your name, then I think that the creditor can bring judgment to garnish your Business Bank Account. This is because, your business account is also considered your asset and so it can be garnished to satisfy the judgment.
