Business credit card debt/personal credit card debt in court

I am trying to find someone to help me with business credit card debt that I am in trouble with after hurricane Katrina took my small business away. I havent't paid on them in a year and they are all about to take me to court. I have two personal cards that are already in court. HELP!!!!
