Business Debt

My husbands company had a credit card and we had to shut the company down. Now they are calling us to pay the debt. If it was a business card are we personally responsible for the debt?
If that is your husbands card, then yes, he is responsible.

im guessing the business was his, and the card was in his name u
im guessing the business was his, and the card was in his name under the business. this works the same as personal debt you are still responsible even though the business went under.
