Do collection agencies get a lot of compliments? Is there one particular agency that NOBODY has complained about or referred to as "harassing"?

Probably not....owing money is an emotional thing. I was a hell of a collector offering incredible customer service..I worked with my borrowers. But even people accused me of harassing him simply because I asked them to pay.
I received christmas cards from my debtors as did several other collectors from my agency. One sent flowers for the birth of my daughter. Another worked on Jay Leno's staff and I got to visit her at the studio and get the full VIP treatment as her guest at NBC.
