[SIZE=3]I have not heard of a company firing someone because their wages were garnished multiple times. You are a long way off from garnishment anyway. You would first have to be sued and they obtain a judgment. That will take months assuming any of them decide to hassle with it. Also, if any of them are on the verge of suing, you could settle with them first and avoid garnishment. I would wait until you receive a summons before escalating a particular company up the list. I believe in the DIY method of settlement or using a non-profit. If you hire someone to do it for you then it gets expensive. Make sure you verify they are legitimate. If you DIY then you can save money and settle one at a time.

36 month programs are problematic. Your risk of being sued typically begins at charge off. The risk increases the longer accounts go unresolved after that.
Another reason to look at DIY will be to complete settlements earlier. The 36 month quote you may have gotten hopefully included estimated fees. If you were not paying those fees you would finish much earlier. This would help mitigate your posted concern of being sued and garnished.
Best of Success!
