Tell CTC not to call your place of work. Try to make payment arrangements as it seems they will now work with you. Make sure that you pay the legitimate charges only as per your state laws. They will ask you to pay more by tucking all sorts of charges in the loan account. Don't pay them a single dime extra. Check the laws for the permissible interest rates and make payment arrangements with them. Do not give out your checking account information. Tell them that you will be sending money through money order or Western Union.

She said there is no way to work with me I have to pay for all of it, I took a 300 loan and they tell me tht I ower them now 430, This is such a nightmare, And the other one that I have that is hard to deal with is GFI out of England telling me they dont have to go by US laws etc.

(Taking a deep breath)

I just dont want them calling my employer again!

Have you checked the state laws how much the interests should be? You can visit the AG's office of your state and inquire about the charges. CTC has many negative complaints in most states. You need to be careful before sending any money. GFSIL is yet another one scamming people.

I have checked and the most they can charge me is 18 per 100 borrowed from what I read, which would be $54
I filed complaint against both in thier collections practices I dont have a problem paying them what I truly owe them but I cant pay them in full at this time I want to make payment arrangements and they wont allow it I am with T & c and they contacted GFI but they couldnt understand them they asked me if I wanted them to send payment anyway I said yes it if comes back then I tried to pay them, I sent them letters about the state laws here but am told by both they dont have to follow them,
