10 Year old debt

I called to pay off a MCI account on my credit report and then learned of 3 more things totaling $3k from about 10 years ago. These are not on my credit report now, Should I pay them after all these years?

You cannot legally be sued for these debts,that doesn't mean you don't still owe them though.
Just watch your credit report, and if you get something from a CA on these debts, make sure you send a debt validation letter for them to prove this isn't out of the SOL. Many times these old debts are sold to CA who try to get you to pay them,
