I have informed them that I do not wish to be contacted by phone. They claim I owe a debt that I do not owe. I have constantly asked them to send me a copy of the owed debt that they never mention what it is. I have said that they are harrassing me constantly calling me even after I asked them to stop calling. HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU GET THESE SCUMBAGS TO QUIT their harrassment.

Call this collection agency and ask for their fax number so that you can fax a request immediately. As soon as they receive it, the calls will stop, because if they continue to contact you it is a violation of the FDCPA.
A lot of collection agencies violate the FDCPA, but the majority of them will discontinue calling after they receive this request. You may also want to mention the FDCPA when you request that all further communications be in written form only.
