Credit Solutions HELP!!

I signed up with them just a week ago or so and today will be their first time to withdraw money from me..I have faxed over a cancellation form and have left my sales guy an email and sent them a message to cancel my account. The problem I think may happen is that I didn't cancel in the timeframe they say to; and I wonder if they will continue to get their fee even though they have done nothing yet...Not sure how to stop payment since i am not sure what will come across as who is debting...
Anyone cancel with these folks soon after they started the program...what happened? Did they let you cancel and pay some of the fees? I just don't want to pay them anything at all.
I have been reading through some of these threads and no one seems to be happy with them...

Well, I faxed a cancellation form and called the number that was emailed to me and they said they would refund the one payment that they already ach'd. Wondered why i was leaving the program..i just made up an excuse...
I just didn't like that once i siged up; I couldn't get ahold of my rep...they had duplicated one of my accounts to collect on and i wanted it fixed. just scared me as before i signed on they were emailing and calling constantly but once i was a member i couldn't get a response...
Any thoughts on this from anyone recently dealing with them?
