Well, looks like Capital One and WW&R filed a suit against me. The total amount owed is $1,600.00. Originally borrowed $600.00. I love interest. They're trying to haggle and setup a $60/mo. 3 year payment plan. Should I sign their agreement paper or lawyer up? Also waitin' any minute now for the sheriff to come serve me the papers.
