I need to settle with several companies. I have read about capital one on this sight and it sounds like it is the most difficult to settle with. Any advice. I have a health care account and a credit card combined for about 10,000

You need to do a lot of research before you register with a good debt settlement company. You first need to check whether the company has any or all of the following accreditation - BBB, TASC, IAPDA or USOBA and then go for customer feedback about the company.

And I'm a little confused about your post. First you said "several companies" and then you mentioned a health care account combined with a (Capital One?) credit card.
