Wage Garnishment

I did it this time! Capital One is actually garnishing my wages. 25% of my paycheck is going to pay this off. Unfortunately that 25% is what I live on. I don't know what I am going to do now! I realize I did this to myself, but does anyone out there now if there is something else that can be done about this? I have horrible credit (obviously) and I know I will never be able to get a loan to pay it off. I am sinking fast and I need help!!!!
did you appear in court? did you have proof that you couldnt pay
did you appear in court? did you have proof that you couldnt pay the 25%? usually a judge wont make you pay what you prove you cant afford.
