Capital One Business Card Settlement?

Has anybody had any luck negotiating with Capital One for a Business Platinum Card? I have a balance of just over $3,000 on it. I am open to either a settlement or long-term repayment plan. Any thoughts would be very helpful. I think I am getting close to the point they could try to sue.

Hi team -- I've never had a business card with them, but I do have a personal card. At one point years back, I got really behind but they were great to work with in my experience. My credit limit was like $500 and my balance was $850 or so --- they broke it up into 2 diff payments for me to get caught back up & under the credit limit. I don't know if everyone has had a great experience with them or not, I'm sure others will be posting as well :)
I think in today's times to, most places are more willing to work with you.
