Wells Fargo, Capital One, HSBC, American Express-impossible?

Are any of these companies impossible to settle or do any that you know of only wish to go through an agency in your experience?

Actually these company's are not bad to deal with. The worst 2 company's right now are Bank of America and Discover. It used to be Citibank that was sue crazy but they have slacked off a lot recently.

I am not sure about the others, but I did have Cap 1 work with me. It took several phone calls until I got one that said yes to me.
Cap1 also had charged off an account on me. I got some extra money a while back and was calling to make a payment, and they had charged it off, or sothey said. I asked about paying it off and a PIF on my account. She said they hadn't passed the account yet and still had it, and let me pay it off.
