help i'm totally stressed!

Usually the purpose of a lawsuit is to force a settlement. Do you have any money saved up at all to offer them sum sort of a settlement ?

i really don't and i have a new baby, will they arrest me or cause me too lose my job?

:lol: Don`t worry you can't be arrested for debt in America. This is a civil matter . NOT criminal. Nor can they make you lose your job unless your job requires you to have excellent credit. You might want to consider speaking with a Bankruptcy attorney or contact the law firm that is suing you and try to wok out a compromise to make a payment arrangement you can afford.

thank you, should i talk to a bankrupcy lawyer or just wait till they serve me. i don't understand why they came to my work and tried to leave it with him (he told them to get off the property by the way) i am home every day i work nights. and the called every person I had on the original application so in addition to being totatly humilliated by the repo two years ago i like like a fool all over again. thank you so much for your advice i am not as scared as i was

I would go ahead and at least speak with the lawyer first. Most will give you a free consultation.
