Copies of proposals from debt collection companies

I am currently enrolled with Care one Credit, I had asked them for a copy of the proposals they have with my third collection party accounts so I could keep track of what I owe since I do not get statements from them like I do with my credit card company accounts so I can start deducting what I owe. Do I have any rights per FDC to receive this from them, they said they could not send it to me due to creditor sensitive information that they couldn't share. I do get statements each month from Care one credit on what they have sent to the companies, and for the most part I am satisfied with this company.

I used Care One in the past. Call the collection agencies and request a release of account information from them and forward this to Care One - then you should be able to get the information. Most collection agencies will supply this to you.
