i have a vehicle i stopped making payments on...i researched n found that voluntary repo will do the same to u credit...so i kept the vehicle never hiding it waiting for it to be repossed....its been 2 years now and i still have the vehicle....i am sure it has been charged off but what are my options???

Are you really sure that it has been charged off?It's great thing that your lender has not repossessed your vehicle. But that doesn't mean he will not in future. You can always contact your lender and settle your debt for less than what you actually owe.

It's better that you contact the lender and settle the debt if you have funds available. And ask for the settlement agreement in writing.
