We need more info before we can help you. To be frank, I am having a great deal of difficulty understanding your post. What exactly are you asking? What is the name of the collection agency? Were you contacted by them, did you ever have an account at the carson store?
If you do not owe any money to Carson Store, then they can't cha
If you do not owe any money to Carson Store, then they can't charge you for any dues or put you to collections. In case you don't have any dues with Carson Store, you can ask the collection agency to not call you any further (i.e. in case they have contacted you). You can even send a 1to the collection agency in this matter.
