Has anyone got a cash call settlement offer. I have not heard from them in two years then all of a sudden I get an email with an offer. Not sure if I should take the offer or let them take me to small claims court.

You can use the search box to read other members' experiences with Cash Call.

However, I'd suggest that you consider their settlement offer more seriously if it is affordable. You can also make a counter claim for that reason. Since they are legal, it'd be wise to payoff what you have borrowed.

extract from previous discussion on cash call
" CashCall may not be so quick to settle at a deep discount. Also, keep in mind that if you settle for less than the amount owed, you will get a 1099C (if the difference of settlement is more than $600) and a negative notation on your credit report."
