Anyone being sued by credit card companies?

Please post the name of credit card companies taking you to court to seek a judgement against you.

Original creditors can sue you to collect their dues if your debt amount is high. The decision depends on a number of facts like the amount of your debt, the days you are delinquent and your relationship with them. From my experience, I have seen that BoA is quite easy to settle with but Citi and Cap One generally tend to sue you to collect on their debts.
