i have two credit cards and two personal loans. I want to first get rid of the credit cards debt then focus on the loan. How can i get rid of this debt.

The only way to keep a good relationship with your creditors is
The only way to keep a good relationship with your creditors is to pay what you owe on a monthly bases until it's paid in full. Credit cards you can call and see if they will work with you. I know when a credit card goes into default you will receive calls offering to lower what is owed, but they usually want payment in full.
Depending on how much you owe really depends on if you should file for bankruptcy or not.
