Negotiation at 5 mos Late

I was able to negotiaþe 3 CC's down to 50% or less but the other two won't budge below 80%. I'm worried if I don't take their 80% I nay get sued. Any advice?

They are both retailers - 1 owned by Citi and the other by HSBC. I don't want them to charge-off but it looks like I may have to pay full amount (80% is really 100% of original debt before late fees, etc.)

If you allow it to charge off you should be able to settle it for a lot less. Or wait till the end of the month when these collectors have quotas to meet . You should find them to be more receptive to settle well.
