I have about $20,000. in credit card debt. I would like to know how to reduce the interest down to 4 to 5%. and save all that extra money that I'am paying every month. I have never been late on any of my credit cards. But I'am tired of paying the high interest rates. I want to be able to reduce my interests myself and not go through a second party that claims they can reduce my debt by 60%.

Really what you are asking for will be next to impossible to get and keep good credit. What debt management plans fail to tell you is that their programs totally tank your credit.
