Help please
It has been 4 years and I have just got served for a 3,000 claim I have contacted the lawyer and they were not interested in making a settlement they said that I now owe 6,000 and would not take less then 5,000 I am worried that the other creditors may be following in suing me and I am thinking about using debt free financial any advice on this company? and if I act now can I keep the other creditors from suing me ? I appreciate any help you can give me

You should check the bbb website to see how this company is rated. I don't know much about the debt settlement but I would think that they could still sue you if they felt it was necessary.
