Help! credit card companies are cold and uncooperative

I just got off the phone with the credit card company. I tried to come to a payment agreement with them but they were just cold and uncooperative. Now she said that she was turning it in to the collections and that they would have thier lawyers sue me. Im so worried. I dont know what to do. Crying is not helping....

If I am in your situation, I will do this. Before the account is sent to the collections, I will send some money to the credit company. Do they have a website where you can post your payments? This will bring your account to current state and stop collection procedures. You should also draft a proposal letter and stick to it. They might consider your situation one more time. Try this plan. I hope it will work.
