Central Credit services

I have a written agreement from Lexus, which allows me to repay my debt @ a rate of 100.00 per month.they now have turned this over to Central Credit Services. who tell me that I have to send them a check or give them my routing number for $4000.00 Can i insist that the legal document from Lexus is binding? I have paid $100.00 per months sine 04/01/10. Can i ignore heir demands?
