Anyone ever deal with Central Credit Services???????????

Now central credit services has the account. They have been calling me and they have also called my boyfriend. I have asked them to remove my boyfriends # from there call list and told them that I CAN only be reached at my #.
Wednesday I spoke with a women who told me they had sent a statement on the 16th, I never received. (she even had the gall to ask me when I last checked my PO box)... I was like slow down lady. So I told her I would call her back the next day after I checked that night, I had nothing and I could not get thru to her.
So another guy calls me yesterday... so rude... pretty much calling me a liar in not so many words. I asked him for a statement and then we can talk payment. He said okay... I am sending them a VALIDATION LETTER today because I dont trust them. I then received a call on my phone in which I missed and no message. they called my boyfriend again after I asked them to not call it since it isnt mine. I called the 800 number they gave my BF and it was a # for apartments. I have tried to contact the person I spoke with yesterday, 2x I was disconnected and once I got his voice mail. I left him a message stating to call me back.
Can I stop them from calling me? I wanna pay my debt they just wont give me any friggin proof or information.
I have asked for the address to CCS and he gave me th eLVNV address, it's an old sears account. he said he was collecting on behalf of LVNV on the old sears account...
This is so frustrating to me.. they call and call and when you call back you cant get anyone on the phone..
sorry for my rant... I just want them to stop calling me until I get proof of the debt.

I haven't dealt with this company, but have dealt with LVNV and their many other dbas. The only thing that works with them is to send a debt validation letter, make a copy, and sent it certified,return receipt. I can pretty much tell you they will not fully validate, they haven't mine, just passed it around to their other agencies.
How old is this debt, and when did you last make a payment on it?
You need to be sure these people are legally able to be collecting the detb, hence, the Debt validation.
Also, from experience, take notes of every conversation you have, recored if legal in your state, and dates and times.
You can also put a Cease and Desist from communicating with you other than via mail, sometimes this works, sometimes not.
I do know that in my county, LVNV has sued some people, but, for the most part, they break regulations, and if they know that you know this, they drag their feet. Good Luck-keep us posted on your progress..KAren :D

He assured me that my statement was mailing today or it was mailed yesterday and that the reason why they called my BF's # was becasue he hadnt updated the #'s yet. Supposedly my # will be the only one called from now on. He also assured me that I will not receive anymore automated calls that he will be th eonly one contacting me. We'll see
I really just want them to only call my number when they want to speak with me... The guy who I talked to was much nicer to me today than yesterday.
