In Need of some type of assistance.

I currently have about 10 grand in debt and a bussiness loan that is worth about 24 grand so in total about 34 grand. I need a way to consolidate this debt so that I can better manage it.
I have tried dealing with Century Negotiations Inc. but feel that they are not holding up there side of the deal and when I pay 300 a month to them they are taking 85.00 in fees.
I am lost and feel like I am drowning. Is there any hope?

I understand they are with the BBB and have a good track record but after paying 1200.00 to them I could of paid off two credit cards and they have yet to make a payment to any of my creditors.
I cannot afford to be sued right now and do not think my marriage could take it either.
