Can the credit card companies try to get their money back from you if they were "charged off" instead of saying filed under bankruptcy???

Credit card companies can always try to get their money back. But they cannot do the collections, after you have included those accounts in your bankruptcy and they are discharged.
Have you confirmed with the bankruptcy court that the said debt is discharged?
