wow , after charging off 2 years ago, chase sent numerous offers to settle at 60% 50% 33% , after the 33% offer I began to talk to them because they were going to sell to JDB. Realizing that they would sell for pennies on the dollar . I offered 15% could not get PFD but got Settled in Full release letter. Timing is everything

Congrats!!! Check your credit report to find out if the account status has been updated. If not, then request them to update the account status. From next time, negotiate a settlement with the creditors before an account is charged off.
