If a credit card company puts a charge off on your reprts and sells the it a CA do they still have the right to report it on your reports and how do you get them to remove it?

Yes, they would report it as charged off to your credit report. There is no way to remove a negative item when its true. It would stay on the report for its entire tenure of seven and a half years.
