Settlement with 2 chase accounts @ the same time?

If I have two chase cards, and they are equally past due, should I try to settle with them at the same time?
Do they combine them into the same offer, or does each one have to be done separately (with two separate settlement letters)?

They probably would not combine them. They are separate account

I had two Bank of America accounts, one personal and one business, that were settled at the same time. It was organized by my settlement company, for payments to be made over a number of months, and one might have been right after the other, but I am pretty sure that the woman from BofA offered a deal for both of them together.
