Settling a Chase business card

Do the same rules apply when settling a business card? I have a Chase card with $15,000 on it. I wondered if anyone knows if business cards in general are more difficult to settle.

I also have one business card with wamu (now is Chase) 10K. Mine

I also have one business card with wamu (now is Chase) 10K. Mine is LLC. I sent them a letter to verify my liability for the account. They did not answer, but report to my credit report on this account? Am I liable for the account?
