I believe that is right- it would just take away 30 days of delinquency...I'm not Chase though, but I've heard the same thing before and that's what they tell me. I'm guessing at this point your account would need more than $76 to bring it completely current, so the $76 would only take away 30 days late.

Nobody knows for sure. It would be logical that the WORST thing that could happen is to restart your clock. They offered me 50% today at 110 days and told me that the offer will improve when the next bill comes out at 120. good luck.
Set to charge off 2/28. As of today, will not budge off of 55%.
