Chase sent me a letter that they will file suit only after 90 days of not paying.
What to do? Has anyone ever experience that? What happen?
Did you still settle? If so, at what days ? And % amount?

I am 135 days past due on one of my Chase cards, and I have not
I am 135 days past due on one of my Chase cards, and I have not been sent any letter mentioning a suit. But I have a relatively low balance. I've been speaking to them about once a month on the phone. I will post if anything changes.
