overdrafts

hello i have two checking accounts @ Chase and i have a dispute with a lending company over whether i paid in full yet... if theres not enough funds in the 1st account to cover can the company incur overdraft charges and/or pull the funds from my 2nd acct unauthorized...im totally confused about this issue dont know if chase will be forthcomin...thanks in advance!:p

As far as I know, unless you authorize, the lending company cannot pull out funds from your account. However, if you don't have required funds in your first account, then overdraft charges can be levied.
