Anyone settle with Chase recently?

what deal do you get? %? I have 2 cards with Chase and other 2 former WaMu now chase as well, they offered me 35% I told them I do not have that much and wait another month to approch them for less, it is past due 60-90 days at this point

I got 40% but I know you can get 35% with Chase as a general rule. You will have to be at least 120 days past due from my understanding to get 35%.

I had a WaMu account that then went to Chase when WaMu got bought out, they offered me 35% with their first offer, I should have held out for better, but it seemed like a great deal to me.

I have settled 6 acct. with Chase at 142 days between 35% and 38% (balance of 32K total). I feel relief debt free. Good luck to you. Be patient, you'll get there.
