Hi -- I have a friend who has an account at Chase -- a company named Instaloan started taking funds out of her account a few months ago. She can't find out how to contact them to see what is going on and Chase is no help....How to find out who they are so she might be able to get her money back.

As far as I know, Instaloan is a payday loan company. You can check out their website at: "http://www.instaloans.ca/". You need to ask your friend whether or not she has taken out a payday loan from them. If she hasn't taken out a payday loan from them, then they can't debit money from her account. Your friend can even close her account with Chase in order to stop the debiting of money and open a new account in some other bank.
