using them right now. no problems so far. we are are 10 months into the program, so we almost have enough to start settling our first account. Our contact is Delphine, she has been very helpfull. Even gave us advice on trying to settle another account on our own. When we got served with papers from Chase Banks, i called her to find out what to do. I got calls after that from their legal department telling me step by step what to do, what was going to happen, and how to make paper trail to drag it out until we have the needed amount.
No problems so far.
