Tehy won't stop taking my money!

i paid off my paid day loan but they keep debiting my checking account. I have cancelled the credit card they were using but they collected an extra $270 and have caused me overdraft fees. When I called them they were very nasty and told me I would never get the money back. My bank manager told me to come in and fill out fraud paperwork. Is this the best option?
