Settlement offer-is this wording ok?

I have recently "fired" my debt settlement company in order to save the $365 in fees I'd be paying for the next 11 months if I remained in the program. I'd rather put that money towards my actual repayments. But I've never made a settlement offer before. I would like to try and settle a couple of my lower balance accounts. Can you tell me if this wording is ok or suggest something else. I've never written one before. Trying to keep it short and to the point:
CCS Representative-
You are currently trying to collect on Circuit City account xxxxxxxxxxxx1862 that has a balance of $3,015.86. I would like to propose an offer as settlement in full on this account in the amount of $1,100.00. If accepted, your office will receive this onetime payment on or before February 20, 2009.
I am attempting to use my tax refund in order to resolve this debt and these are all the funds I will have available for settlement. If this offer is not accepted I will use the funds to settle with one of my other delinquent accounts.

Wording is good and decent letter good job. At some point you'll have to get on the phone w/ the individual handling your account; when you do, don't forget it's a haggle at this point - go back and forth and start low.
