Citi bank sue me for a credit card debt & their lawyer is mapother mapother in louisville KY/ I already sent my reply from the summon that
i received/ question? do you know how much they can go for settlement?
Anyone here that was sued before & had a settlement? I owed about $11k
I am planning to call them to settle but i can only afford about 30 to 35

You can definitely go ahead & give a try to have an outside cour
You can definitely go ahead & give a try to have an outside court settlement for you,but for that you need to get in touch with your creditor & have to negotiate with the amount you can afford to pay.There is no such guarantee that your account can be settled in 30% or 35%!!!!It totally depends on them & your negotiation skill...
