:(About a year ago I joined Consumer Law Ass. They are I guess trying to help with my credit card debt,they have with two of mine but now I have two judgements one for my husband that they were to call us and let us know what to do on it but never did so he didn't go to court and in the mean time I got one also,I have a home that I am still paying for and I have a Truck and Fifth wheel trailer that is paid for well they come after them I have about 50,000.00 in debt I am fit to be tied I thought that they would help us but not so,do you think the only way to go is bankruptcy?and can I get out of the contract with consumer Law ,I pay them 870.00 a month I think that it is better in my pocket and I talk to the card company's//

First of all, cancel the contract with the company. It is clear that they haven't helped you in any way. you can use the money for other purposes. yes, you can file bankruptcy. But you've to pass the means test to qualify for bankruptcy. You can consult an experienced bankruptcy attorney regarding this issue.
