Closed and Charged-off Credit Cards

I have a number of credit cards that were closed or charged-off by credit card companies. Now Midland Credit Management is contacting me because they bought the account. What do I do ?? Why are they after something closed or charged-off?? They say I owe them now.
You still owe the debt....being charged off doesnt mean the debt
You still owe the debt....being charged off doesnt mean the debt goes away. Midland has bought is as a debt buyer and you have to deal with them. Send them a DV letter.
