I have recently recieved from my employer that a credit company is going to be garnishing me...I'm considered part-time but get at least 30 hours if not more...but i also make what they consider commission/bonuses...will they take money from only my hourly pay or will they get it from my commission and bonuses? this is my first time dealing with this. thanks

First of all, you should check whether or not the court has issued judgment against you. The credit card company can garnish your paycheck only after securing judgment from the court. If they have obtained judgment against you, then they are most likely to take money away from your basic salary.
