i have school debt and bills debt as well what are the steps

A little more information would help us give you a better answer. Student loans cannot be consolidated per say. Federal loans can be consolidated but that is a completely different ball game which I am not an expert on.
Bills on the other hand can be generally consolidated provided that the debts are not secured.
