Put your question here ...if you get a judgement against you and you are living with someone can they take that persons house or seize their accounts.


The only way your transportation can be seized is if you default on your car loan...As far as seizing your accounts, that doesn't generally happen unless you are in a state that doesn't allow garnishments for consumer debts.

The best thing to do is contact the creditors..Make a payment arrangement and stick with it.
