I'm reading mixed reviews on Consumer Law associates. They are rated F in BBB but again they are not a paid member of BBB. Hence, the rating can be biased. Check them out with the other accreditation organizations like- TASC, IAPDA or USOBA befor deciding. Also you may read the following thread on them for insight.
