I just contacted them "Consumer Law Council" and they told me that the over 4000.00 they have will be for fitted unless they receive the last payment I owe to them. I asked if I send in the last payment will the take care of my cc debt. They responded no they only negotiate a lower fee then I am responsible for paying the cc's off myself. WTF I could do that myself thanks for nothing TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS do not give them a single penny BTW I notified my bank to stop any automatic withdrawals

Yeah...you’re absolutely right. Don’t give them any chance. They are trying to collect money from you by making false statement. Close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. If required file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
